Transsexual Defined
Gender identity confusion caused by the psychological urge to belong to the opposite sex, often carried to the extreme of undergoing surgical alteration and removal of sex organs, so as to be able to perfectly and completely mimic the opposite sex; an individual who craves to be of the opposite sex. Gender activists don't like to use the term transsexual (or any word with the root 'sex'). They therefore substitute the word that they wish to become the politically correct form, "transgendered.")
